Healthy. Happy. Hobbies.
One of the most overlooked ingredients of a healthy, grounded life is something quite simple: having hobbies. In a culture that constantly asks us to produce, perform, and monetize everything we do, hobbies remind us how to play, explore, and be curious.
For our first March BARbecue (virtual), we’re gathering as a community to talk about the hobbies that bring us joy, calm our minds, and reconnect us to ourselves. Whether it’s reading, gardening, painting, hiking, puzzles, cooking, photography, or something wonderfully unexpected, this is a space to celebrate the small practices that make life richer.
Join me for an hour of Discovery where she’ll share the science of having hobbies, their impact on our well-being. and a conversation where we’ll share our favorite hobbies, discover new ones, and explore why having interests outside of work and social media is essential for a healthy, happy life.
