The Science of Joyful Distraction & Creative Grounding
Before coaching… before speaking engagements… before writing trauma-informed frameworks… I was a scrapbooker.
Yes, that girl.
Stacks of patterned paper.
Color-coded sticker binders, washi tape, and ink stamps.
I had a paper cutter in every color of the rainbow.
Scrapbooking was more than a craft; it was a way to slow down.
A way of honoring memories.
A way of stopping to smell the roses.
A way of seeing my life as beautiful enough to document.
And it was deeply calming.
